We typically respond within 1-3 business days. Please include your browser version when reporting a bug.
Can you process my audio for me?
No, and we won't ask for it. Every tool is designed to work locally so your files never need to be shared with us (or anyone).
Do you accept partnerships or advertising inquiries?
Yes. Use the same email address and put 'Partnership' in the subject line.
Where are you based?
Aback Audio is a small independent project. We're reachable worldwide by email. Location doesn't affect how your files are processed (locally, always).
What should I include in a bug report?
Your browser and OS, the tool you used, the input format, and the exact error message. Screenshots are helpful; audio files are not needed.
